1. Introduction
Welcome to Alps Royal Innsbruck. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our premium transfer services. By making a reservation with us, you (the “Client,” “Customer,” or “Passenger”) agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. Making a Booking: Reservations can be made via our website booking form, email, or telephone.
2.2. Accuracy of Information: The Client is responsible for providing accurate details at the time of booking, including flight numbers, arrival times, destination addresses, mobile contact numbers, and passenger counts. Alps Royal Innsbruck is not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.
2.3. Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when the Client receives an official email confirmation from Alps Royal Innsbruck. We reserve the right to decline any booking request subject to availability.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Fixed Pricing: We operate on a fixed-price basis. The agreed price includes the vehicle, chauffeur service, fuel, Austrian VAT, and standard road tolls. It does not include gratuities (optional) or extra services not specified in the booking.
3.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) securely online, bank transfers, or cash payment directly to the chauffeur in Euros (upon prior agreement).
3.3. Pre-Authorization: For credit card bookings, we may secure a pre-authorization on your card prior to the service. Full payment is generally required before the transfer commences.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our scheduling commitments.
4.1. Cancellation by the Client:

More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation. A full refund will be issued if already paid.

Less than 24 hours before pickup: 100% of the booking price will be charged. No refund will be issued.
4.2. No-Show Policy: If the Passenger fails to arrive at the designated pickup location without prior notification (“No-Show”), the full cost of the service will be charged.
4.3. Cancellation by Alps Royal: In rare circumstances where we are unable to perform the service due to unforeseen emergencies, we will provide a full refund and assist in finding an alternative solution.
5. Waiting Time and Flight Delays
5.1. Airport Pickups (Flight Tracking): We monitor flight arrivals.

Our chauffeurs will arrive based on the actual flight landing time.

We offer a complimentary waiting time of 60 minutes after the flight has landed. After this period, hourly waiting charges may apply at our current rates.
5.2. Non-Airport Pickups (Hotels/Residences): We offer a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, additional waiting time will be charged.
6. Luggage and Passenger Details
6.1. Luggage Capacity: Luxury vehicles have specific luggage limitations. Clients must inform us in advance of excess baggage, bulky items like ski bags, snowboards, or golf clubs to ensure the appropriate vehicle is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse oversized items that were not declared and do not fit safely in the vehicle.
6.2. Child Seats: Under Austrian law, appropriate child restraint systems are mandatory for children. We provide child seats free of charge upon request. The Client must indicate the age and weight of children at the time of booking.
6.3. Passenger Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave civilly. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is excessively intoxicated, abusive, or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or driver. In such cases, full payment is required, and no refund will be given. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
7. Liability and Force Majeure
7.1. Our Responsibility: We strive to ensure our vehicles arrive on time. However, Alps Royal Innsbruck shall not be liable for any delays, missed flights, or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
7.2. Force Majeure Events Include: Extreme adverse weather conditions (severe snowstorms, avalanches closing roads), unforeseen massive traffic delays due to accidents, road closures by authorities, strikes, or mechanical breakdowns despite regular maintenance.
7.3. Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger liability in compliance with Austrian regulations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Innsbruck, Austria.
